So then I called from my majic jack phone. They won't do anything for you if you call them from your Net10 phone. So then I tried calling their customer service. When I got to thelast day of the 30 days, I tried entering the card and it came up invalid. I said fine, I will take the card with me and enter it at the end of the month. She tryed calling their customer service but could'nt through. When she punched in the second card nothing happened. So the sales girl activated the phone and punched in the first air time card. Best buy promotions say they set up your new phone for you. Bought my phone and two 30 day cards at best buy last month.
